How long are our shipping times?
The most countries, you can expect an order with standard shipping to arrive in 7-15 work days. If you live in a country with extensive customs, your package may take longer. In exceptional circumstances where it has been over a month and your package has not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at email@example.com.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, all shipments come with a tracking number. Usually packages aren't trackable in the first few days. If you have issues tracking your page after 5 days, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if I want to change/cancel my order?
Typically, orders are final as they are immediately put into processing after payment. If you have issues with your shipping address or other details, please contact email@example.com so we can try to rectify with our shipping provider. Alternatively, if you have changed your mind, contact us for a return for when your package arrives.
How come my order isn't shipped in the one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order as fast as possible. This means occasionally orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. If you do not receive all of your purchase within 4 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment and possible refund/replacement options.
How do I get a refund?
